Have you ever found yourself in trouble?
In order to respond to the requests of those who contact us for help, we have set up meetings and a helpline. There's also a monthly fraternal support meeting where we all get together. Everyone is given time to express themselves and to be listened to. This time is usually devoted to testimonies, sharing wisdom and life experiences. Meetings begin with the reading of a verse of Vedic philosophy, continue with a sharing open to all, and end with a short meditation and a performance (music, dance, etc.). Check the calendar to find out when our next meetings are taking place.

Participatory projects
Want to change and do something new?
From experience we've learned that there's nothing like getting involved in projects with other people to really integrate change within ourselves. We offer several activities in which everyone can get involved at their own level and according to their own desires. One example of a participatory project is meal distribution, where you can come and help us 3 times a week. There's also the Ahimsa garden in the Champ des Bruyères urban park's shared gardens. Our communication media, such as the Ahimsa Non-Violence podcast on Radio666 or the Ahimsa fanzine, are also open to all those who want to contribute in the form of writing workshops, for example. By participating with us in one of these projects, you'll have the opportunity to learn about and integrate the values of Ahimsa Non-Violence. Shows, outings and leisure activities
No more excuses for being alone!
Loneliness and isolation are phenomena that affect many people, especially in our densely populated cities. At Ahimsa Non-Violence, we're keen to meet new people and build friendships. That's why we offer activities and times of sharing all year round, so that we can get together and spend some quality time together in simplicity. To make these activities accessible to all, we offer same-day car pooling. Outings are often accompanied by the Ahimsa Motorcycle Ministry motorcade.

Join us for a street show!
Every Saturday afternoon in the streets of Rouen, and even during the week in the summer in other towns in Normandy, the whole Ahimsa team meets in the streets to sing, dance and raise funds to finance our meal distribution. Learn more...
